In this email: Special discount down below only for you to say thank you. Reader, The other night, I had one of those dreams. You know the kind—where you're stuck trying to solve something, over and over. I was teaching a yoga class, but I couldn’t remember the sequence. My mind was racing to improve it on the spot, but somehow the class kept rewinding and starting over. It felt endless. Exhausting. In the middle of this mental marathon, I had a moment of lucidity. My brain realized: Wait, this isn’t real. I was dreaming. More importantly, I remembered that I didn’t have to stay stuck. I could let go, shift my focus, and reclaim peace. And just like that, I fell into deeper, more restful sleep. It reminded me how often this same pattern plays out in waking life. We get caught up in our dramas, worries, and relentless loops of "What ifs" or "How should I fix this?"—like an endless mental treadmill. It pulls us into stress, tension, and unease. But here's the key: When we can step back and simply observe our thoughts, something shifts. It’s like breaking through the surface of water for air. Suddenly, we have a choice. We can let go. We can redirect our energy. We can reclaim control. This is the essence of yoga, meditation, and breathwork—the practices that help us pause, anchor ourselves in the present, and regain clarity. They’re tools to help us extract ourselves from unnecessary suffering, daydreams, or mental tangles, and come back to what’s real and true in the moment. If you’re ready to break free from the loop and find ease, I’ve got a few special ways to guide you this season: Winter Solstice Renewal Workshop (21/12→ 4- 6pm): Pause, reflect, and reset as we move into winter. Think deep breathing, sound healing, relaxation, and nourishing yin yoga.

Hi Reader, I hope this email finds you well. It’s been a few months since my last newsletter, and I’ve got to be honest with you—it wasn’t because I didn’t have things to share. The longer I waited, the more I felt a growing sense of shame and embarrassment for not reaching out sooner. And as that feeling grew, so did the hesitancy to send this very email. But then, I had a moment of clarity. I recognized this as a pattern—one I’d immediately address if it were happening to one of my clients....
A few weeks ago, I found myself at an audition for a yoga teaching position in a studio. Despite having taught thousands of hours of yoga and knowing my capabilities as a teacher, the jitters were still present: my heart was beating faster, butterflies danced in my tummy, and my palms turned clammy. Sound familiar? But instead of letting them overwhelm me, I leaned into them. Why? Because I’ve learned that stress in these situations can actually be helpful. It’s a boost, sharpening focus and...
